Welcome to the Duggan family home.
When you build a custom home, you’re in uncharted territory. You can envision your ultimate destination but there’s a long road ahead. Pam and Joel Duggan travelled that road when they set out to build their dream home just outside of Camrose.
Any journey is made better with good company. We were happy to join the Duggans along the way and help them bring their vision to life. For Pam, that meant clean lines, modern fixtures and electrical that would last. We even added wiring for a hot tub and RV hook-up, additions Pam and Joel are looking forward to in the future.
Because the future comes fast. With the winding road of construction now in the rearview mirror, Pam’s turning her focus to all of the things that make a house a home — including expanding their deck for that hot tub.
We’re proudly providing the Duggans with the power to grow their vision for years to come.
A custom home is a lot different. You run into different challenges as you go because the house hasn't been built before. There are certain things that are overlooked in the planning stage and require changes on the fly. And that's exactly where Sheldon stands out. He's able to accommodate that and have the vision.

Scott can’t control the weather, but he can avoid delays due to equipment breakdowns by working with reliable and efficient contractors like Nichols Electric.
